Q: How do I reserve a bounce unit?
A: You can reach us directly at (813) 846-4100.
   
Q: How far in advance should I make my reservation?
A: You should make your reservations as soon as possible. Our units are very popular and sometimes we are booked up weeks in advance. Weekends are our most popular rental days so book them early. Discounts are available for weekday rentals Monday thru Thursday.
   
Q: Is sales tax included in the price?
A: Yes.
   
Q: Will I have to pay a delivery charge?
A: Delivery charges may apply depending on location. Please call for details.
   
Q: How much room is needed for a bounce house or slide?
A: You will need to provide a level area of about 20' x 20' with an overhead clearance of 17' for our units. Slides will require a space of 20' x 40' with an overhead clearance of 20'.
   
Q: How many children fit in the bounce house?
A: 15 x 15 Inflatable Bouncer - 4 - 12 Children (depending on size and age of children)
  15 x 15 Slide / Bouncer Combo - 4 - 12 Children (depending on size and age of children)
  Water Slide - 2 maximum at a time (One ready to slide and one climbing up the ladder)
  Important - Children under 4 and/or 36" should not jump with older children and require special supervision.
   
Q: Can you set up on any surface?
A: Yes, our units can be set up on grass, or even indoors. Please note the area must be free of rocks, sticks and other sharp objects. Please let us know what surface you would like the unit set up on when booking, this way we can have the proper anchors available.
   
Q: Do you deliver and set up the bounce houses?
A: Yes. Delivery includes coming to the specified location, going over the rental agreement and Rules of Conduct with you in person. Once reviewed, we will accept your payment. We will then setup your bouncer and do a "walk-around" to go over the jumper's safety points. At the end of your event, we will come back, pack up the unit and perform a brief survey. Each visit will take approximately 20 - 30 minutes. Note: You MUST be present at time of delivery.
   
Q: Can I pick the time that you deliver and pick-up the bounce house?
A: You decide on the specific rental time and we'll be there anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours before that for set up. You do not pay for set up time. Rentals are for jumping time only. We pick-up the unit after the party is over, but please allow up to 3 hours for pick-up. If an exact time is needed please let us know and we will work with you.
   
Q: What kind of power is required?
A: All units must be within 80 feet of a 15 amp electrical outlet.
   
Q: What if I need a generator?
A: We have a generator available when needed. There will be a $30 charge on all generators.
   
Q: Are your units safe?
A: Yes, providing all the rules outlined on the operating procedures page of your rental contract are followed. Furthermore, all of our units come equipped with a safety entrance/exit ramp.
   
Q: How long does it take to set up the bounce house?
A: It takes about 20-30 minutes to set up the unit and review the safety guidelines with you.
   
Q: What are my responsibilities as the renter of the bounce house?
A: A responsible adult must be assigned to supervise the children while the unit is in use. The adult must know all the safety rules and also be the enforcer of these rules. The renter is responsible for the safety of the children and the care of the equipment.
   
Q: What if it is rainy or windy?
A: Bouncy Doodles reserves the right to cancel a reservation due to heavy rains or high winds (over 25 mph). There is no penalty to the renter. We will call on the morning of your party to confirm the reservation. At that time you have the option of canceling your order. Should you decide to proceed with your order in such weather conditions, once the unit is delivered, there will be no refunds should the weather conditions consist of heavy rains or high winds.

Inflatable rides cannot be used during rain, thunderstorm or high winds. If it has been forecasted that it might rain, you have the option to cancel at the time the equipment is delivered. Refund or Rain checks will NOT be issued in the event of the leased equipment is not used after it is delivered for any reason. Be Aware that WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION IF INCLEMENT RAIN/WEATHER IS IMMINENT, UP TO THE TIME OF DELIVERY! Wet vinyl is unsafe, high winds are extremely dangerous, and wet bouncers require additional cleaning. If you insist on delivery of the equipment, then an additional cleaning fee of $40.00 could be required. Final Decision to be made by Bouncy Doodles, LLC.

In the event that it does rain during your rental period. Exit the ride, but leave it in operation. You can reenter the ride after it has completely dried. To speed up this process an adult can dry the ride with a towel. Absolutely, under no circumstances should riders enter the ride if it is raining or wet. Wet vinyl is slippery and dangerous.

In addition, if winds exceed 25 MPH. The unit must be exited and then deflated.

   
Q: Does Bouncy Doodles have insurance?
A: YES! Bouncy Doodles is fully licensed and insured in the state of Florida.
   
Q: When is payment due?
A: Payment in full is due upon delivery. Payment in cash, personal check with ID, or money order is due at time of delivery.
